1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the kr18 platform and its users ("Members"). By using our services through the kr18 website, mobile application, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3. Age Verification & Access

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

kr18 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: You must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: For a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets (calculated on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
• Winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Terms:

• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus expires.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• kr18 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

6. Betting Rules & Gaming Regulations

All types of betting and gaming activities at kr18 are governed by specific rules. The following rules apply to all members:

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure — read them carefully before starting a game.
• If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, kr18 reserves the right to recover that amount.
• If a bet is cancelled due to an internet disconnection, the system's record will be considered final.
• In case of any dispute regarding a game result, the game provider's logs and kr18's server records will be used as final evidence.
• In sports betting, funds for a bet may be held until the match result is confirmed.
• Betting limits are set at kr18's sole discretion and are subject to change.

Placing automated bets on specific games or events through any system or software is prohibited. If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the account may come under investigation.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the kr18 platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Any attempt to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or illegal means.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or game systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Selling, transferring, or leasing an account to another person.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of collecting bonus benefits.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving improperly towards other members.
• Behaving inappropriately towards or threatening kr18 staff.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

kr18 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If identity verification documents are not provided in time.
• If suspicious or unusual financial transactions are detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (kr18 will provide prior notice).
• At the member's own request to close the account.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, inform the support team. If there is a balance and no terms have been violated, the account will be closed after the withdrawal process is completed.
